Dataset on Force Myography for Human–Robot Interactions

چکیده

Force myography (FMG) is a contemporary, non-invasive, wearable technology that can read the underlying muscle volumetric changes during contractions and expansions. The FMG technique be used in recognizing human applied hand forces physical robot interactions (pHRI) via data-driven models. Several FMG-based pHRI studies were conducted 1D, 2D 3D dynamic between participant to realize intended directions certain tasks. Raw signals collected 16-channel (forearm) 32-channel (forearm upper arm) bands while interacting with biaxial stage (linear robot) serial manipulator (Kuka robot). In this paper, we present datasets their structures, environments, collaborative tasks performed studies. We believe these useful future on biosignal-based control design.

High-density force myography: A possible alternative for upper-limb prosthetic control.

Several multiple degree-of-freedom upper-limb prostheses that have the promise of highly dexterous control have recently been developed. Inadequate controllability, however, has limited adoption of these devices. Introducing more robust control methods will likely result in higher acceptance rates. This work investigates the suitability of using high-density force myography (HD-FMG) for prosthe...

Counting Grasping Action Using Force Myography: An Exploratory Study With Healthy Individuals

BACKGROUND Functional arm movements generally require grasping an object. The possibility of detecting and counting the action of grasping is believed to be of importance for individual with motor function deficits of the arm, as it could be an indication of the number of the functional arm movements performed by the individuals during rehabilitation. In this exploratory work, the feasibility o...

Force Myography to Control Robotic Upper Extremity Prostheses: A Feasibility Study

Advancement in assistive technology has led to the commercial availability of multi-dexterous robotic prostheses for the upper extremity. The relatively low performance of the currently used techniques to detect the intention of the user to control such advanced robotic prostheses, however, limits their use. This article explores the use of force myography (FMG) as a potential alternative to th...

Provenance-Centered Dataset of Drug-Drug Interactions

Over the years several studies have demonstrated the ability to identify potential drug-drug interactions via data mining from the literature (MEDLINE), electronic health records, public databases (Drugbank), etc. While each one of these approaches is properly statistically validated, they do not take into consideration the overlap between them as one of their decision making variables. In this...

Parallel Force Assay for Protein-Protein Interactions

Quantitative proteome research is greatly promoted by high-resolution parallel format assays. A characterization of protein complexes based on binding forces offers an unparalleled dynamic range and allows for the effective discrimination of non-specific interactions. Here we present a DNA-based Molecular Force Assay to quantify protein-protein interactions, namely the bond between different va...
